Important Legislation
The State Independent Living Council regularly monitors important State and Federal legislation that impacts people with disabilities. Bills are monitored by the Legislative Subcommittee. Members include Dr. Sue ElHessen, Susan Madison, Teddie-Joy Remhild and Neal Albritton. The Subcommittee usually meets monthly a half hour before the Communication and Collaboration Committee meets.
