Simone grew up in Greenwich Village, NY. After graduating from the Professional Children's School in 1987, she headed off to MA to continue her dance career at The Boston Conservatory to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Life steered Simone in a new direction and she left MA and her dance career behind. After marriage, Simone relocated to Woodland, CA where she achieved her AA degree. She began California State University, Sacramento in the fall of 2010 and is a person with a physical disability working towards her BS degree in Recreation and Park Management. Simone wants to be a recreation and events planner for adults with disabilities. In her spare time, Simone enjoys reading, water sports, skiing and going to the theater.
