Neal Albritton joined the SILC as the Deputy
Director in 2006. Prior to that, he was with
the Department of Rehabilitation for 9 years in various
roles including the Assistive Technology Section's AT
Loan Program Coordinator, Training Officer for the Disability
Access Section specializing in Disability Employment
Law and reasonable accommodations, and as a Vocational
Rehabilitation Counselor in San Joaquin County. These
days, he is best known for his work in the field of web
accessibility as a national consultant and through his
contributions to the State's implementation of Section
508 Web Accessibility Standards.
