Caroline grew up in central Wyoming, served in the US Air Force in the supply field as warehouse manager and office manager. After raising two daughters in Bishop CA, achieving an AA degree in Business Administration through night classes, and working many years at UPS, she relocated to the Sacramento area. She began State service at the Board of Equalization in 1998, promoted to Executive Secretary at the State Independent Living Council in 2006, and is a person with disabilities.
Off the job, Caroline enjoys playing violin and viola in several musical groups, biking, hiking, baking and sharing wonders with her 7 year-old granddaughter.
